Lion's Bank has been operating in Szczecin since 2013. The Szczecin post is one of ten operating in Poland. It serves customers from West Pomerania and Lubuskie Province. Today the branch has four employees, but the number is likely to grow. The Szczecin branch of the bank occupies the ground floor of the Oxygen office building at ul. Malczewskiego. Customers are served in four modern, light and airy rooms. The branch manager Przemysław Kram has been in the financial services and banking business for ten years.

 

“We put special emphasis on customer service. We are the only ones in the market who are capable of looking at the customers' assets through the perspective of their portfolios. This is thanks to an application that we use which allows us to look at all the assets that a given customer has in all financial institutions. As a result of that we can provide them with effective, 24-hour asset management”, says the Szczecin branch manager.

 

Mr. Kram also points out that the bank often ‘tailors the solutions’ and offers its clients a lot of non-standard banking products. “Most of our solutions are a result of the demand generated by our customers who expect the same rates of return as those offered by funds investing in securities, but do not want to invest directly in instruments traded on the stock market. So the customers of Lion’s Bank can use non-opportunistic solutions that are independent of changes and trends on the stock markets, such as receivables funds and solutions based on the long/short strategy. They can even invest in art.”

To save our customers time and help them in their daily chores, the Bank offers the Concierge service. They can also use exclusive payment cards.

 

The majority shareholder of Idea Bank operating the branch of Lion's Bank, is Getin Holding. There are also three branches of Idea Bank and two Tax Care - credit advisory centres - owned and operated by Getin Holding in West Pomerania. The West Pomeranian Province is also home to Getin Bank, Getin Noble Bank (private banking) and branches of credit advisors Open Finance owned or controlled by Leszek Czarnecki (one of the richest Poles, founder and majority shareholder of Getin Holding).
