Arcona Property Fund managed by Arcona Capital has bought the office building for EUR 8.9 million from Bywater Properties.

In the message published on the Arcona Capital’s website, Mateusz Siejka, the managing director of Arcona Capital Poland, states that the purchase of this conveniently located modern office building improves the quality of the Acrona’s portfolio and should be seen as continuation of the fund’s strategy to focus on the Polish market.

The six-storey office building was constructed in 2006. It covers the area of 5.45 thousand sq. m, with 119 underground parking spaces. At present it has 11 lessees, Intive, Mobica and Prudential among them.

Magdalena Tomaszewska who is responsible for Maris property leasing and management indicates that there is still 630 sq. m of office space available on higher floors and two commercial locations to let on the ground floor.

Arcona Capital manages, through various funds, over 90 investment projects in the sector of commercial and residential property in six countries.
