Krzysztof Jałosiński is 53. He graduated from the Technical University of Wrocław in the faculty of chemical engineering. He also completed post-graduate studies at the Silesian University of Technology in materials and energy-saving chemical technologies. He extended his education on post-graduate studies in business management strategies at the Warsaw School of Economics and in the value-based management. Mr Jałosiński is also a graduate of the MBA studies at the Lublin University of Technology

He started his career at Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn SA as a technologist at the Ammonia Plant. Between 1993 and 2000 he held managerial positions at Zakłady Azotowe Puławy. Between 2000 and 2008 he was the President of Evonik Carbon Black Polska. In April 2008 he became the President of the Management Board of Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn SA.
