The company Asseco Data Systems (ADS) will be formed as a result of combination of six Polish firms from the Asseco Capital Group, i.e. Unizeto Technologies S.A., ADH-Soft Sp. z o.o., CK Zeto Łódź S.A., Combidata Polska Sp. z o.o., Z.U.I Otago Sp. z o.o. and PI Zeto Bydgoszcz S.A. Establishment of ADS will enable the company to gain more lucrative contracts and additional funds for investments. The company will also benefit from better recognition and market position of the Asseco brand. Ultimately ADS will be floated on the stock exchange. The company's structure will comprise separate business units, each accountable for their own products, services and customers and managed locally. The current chairmen of the existing companies will become deputies in the management board of ADS. The registered office of the new company will be located in Gdynia with the former head of Unizeto Mr. Andrzej Dopierała as chairman.

“Unizeto’s key competencies to be transferred to the new company will definitely include trust services (including an electronic signature), datacentre and mas correspondence”, informs Jan Zaborowski, head of marketing at Unizeto.  Whe asked who is going to manage the company’s Szczecin business, Zaborowski replies. that “it is too early to say”.

Unizeto, known for its products, will not disappear from the market after the business combination. The brand will be applied to carefully chosen ADS products. “These will definitely include Unizeto’s flagship CENTRUM e-signature certificates which has been selling well abroad”, says Jan Zaborowski.

ADS will take a leading position on the Polish IT market. The products and services provided by the new company will be based on its own and third party software and IT infrastructure. Asseco Poland says the new company will focus on providing products and services to local businesses and local authorities.

“We will concentrate unique competencies of almost a thousand experts and specialists in one firm”, points out Unizeto Technologies’ chairman Andrzej Dopierała.

The decision to form a new company was made by the management of Asseco Poland S.A. Its subsidiary Asseco Systems paid almost PLN 19 m for Unizeto Technologies in February 2015.
