Building the first North-West Logistic Park (NWLP) hall

North-West Logistic Park will build the first A class machinery industrial park in Szczecin with rental space of 64,000 square meters.  The first hall is to be ready in 2013.

The NWLP hall will be built near Kniewska street, on a plot of land of approx. 14 ha. The facility, intended for logistic, warehousing and manufacturing purposes, will be provided with modern technical solutions allowing high storage.  According to the investor, the halls will offer high flexibility of the warehouse and manufacturing modules beginning from 675 square meters.  Logistic solutions will ensure high storage and manufacturing standards.  Tebodin Polska will provide construction supervision, with Trasko-Investment being the general contractor.
 
The first facility comprising the North-West Logistic Park shall be commissioned in the first half of 2013.  The other shall be commissioned according to the needs of prospective tenants.  The investment is intended for European companies.  The total investment value is PLN 110 million, and the target employment level approximates 500 people.

Infrastructure to be provided with support of the investor, including a capacious vehicle manoeuvre area for trucks and passenger cars, reception facility, medium voltage switchboard, telecom facilities and social facilities for the maintenance team, will be an additional advantage.  The park will be fenced, with a twenty-four-hour guard.

Tenants will be offered flexible rental terms with possibility to adjust the rented space to their individual needs.  Manufacturing, distribution and warehouse as well as office administration will be the core functions of the facility.  The offer is addressed to businesses interested in entering new markets and developing storage capacity for their products or services, in particular from EU member states and Scandinavia.

Commercialization of the project is entrusted to Cushman & Wakefield, Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers International. These companies have international experience with commercial property markets.  Litwiniuk Property from Szczecin has held negotiations with local tenants.
