The new office building will be a part of the New Sugar Refinery complex occupying an 11-hectare plot between Cukrowa, Południowa and Krygiera Streets in Szczecin. Potential lessees will have 7.5 k sq. meters of office space at their disposal (the remaining space has been earmarked for services) in a building situated next to the level crossing at ul. Cukrowa.

“The building can be classified as B++ space. It is intended for micro, small and medium-sized businesses. We are not going to compete with Piastów Office Center or Oxygen”, explains Alsecco’s co-owner Grzegorz Kecman. The smallest and the biggest spaces available are, respectively, 45 sq. m and 2,000 sq. m.

“We should be applying for a building permit within a month. We are now tweaking the financial aspects. Once a detailed schedule is in place, we’ll go ahead with commercialisation of the building”, says Mr. Kecman.

It is already known that the first floor with a surface area of 2 k sq. m will house medical services. The investor remains tight-lipped about any further details,   but we know that the top floor will accommodate a fitness centre. Guests will be able to leave their cars in a visitor car park outside the building.

The first four New Sugar Refinery residential buildings with 260 flats will be available in the second quarter this year. In addition, some of the space of the post-industrial structures will be converted into luxury loft apartments and a five star hotel.
