The new investment project will contribute about 7 k sq. m of A-class hall space, a three-storey office building for about 40 people and parking spaces to the High Technologies Industrial Park. The new structures and buildings will occupy the plots at the junction of Metalowa and Jana Śniadeckiego streets.

Et Bud is planning to rent its space for a minimum term of seven years. “Depending on the customers' needs, the halls can be adopted as warehousing or warehousing and manufacturing space”, says Eryk Sawa, a partner of Et Bud.

The investment project was launched in Q4 last year. The construction of the two halls is finished while the office building will be ready by the end of July. The construction of the other two halls has been planned for the second half of the year.  Next year, the company from Stargard expects to build another 10 k sq. m of hall space. The investor has allocated about PLN 12.5 M for the whole project.

Since 2007, Et Bud has been constructing residential estates, private houses and office buildings in and around Stargard. The investment project in the High Technologies Industrial Park is the first such investment project of the company.
