Volkswagen has recognized the value of Klippan
The textile producer from Stargard has received 2015 Volkswagen Group prize for the best supplier.

Klippan Safety Polska seated in Stargard Industrial Park is a subsidiary of Klippan Safety AB. It produces complete bed sets, cargo storage systems and restraint belts installed in vehicles used for commercial purposes (Scania and MAN lorries) manufactured by the Volkswagen Group. This makes Klippan Safety AB one of the key contractors of this global leader of the automotive industry.
The Volkswagen Group award has been granted to Klippan Safety AB in recognition of the supply reliability, high product quality and continuous reduction of production costs. “Receiving the award for the best Volkswagen supplier is not only an honour and a privilege but also a confirmation of our great results and high standard of professional knowledge among our employees across all branches”, indicates Ronnie Törnqvist, CEO of Klippan Safety.
Klippan Safety Polska has been a member of Klippan Safety AB since 2002. Having modernised its machines, the company launched manufacturing activity for automotive recipients – producers of passenger cars and commercial vehicles. At present it manufactures safety and comfort-related accessories and components for both drivers and passengers, such as safety nets, belt products and bed systems. Its major customers include: Volvo Truck, MAN, Scania, Volkswagen, GM, Daimler Chrisler.
Klippan Safety AB also has production plants in Germany, Russia and Brazil; the company employs 300 workers and its net sales value reaches SEK 400 million.
