The first two semi-detached houses will be ready next year

Seven semi-detached houses will create Osiedle w Ogrodach

The developer is planning to build seven semi-detached houses in the Szczecin district of Gumieńce. Each segment will have the area of more than 150 square meters and six rooms. The price for a house with a plot of 400 to over 500 square meters ranges from almost PLN 600 to 650 thousand.
The houses are sold as a separate property without common areas shared with the neighbor. The estate road will be the only common area, says Mirosław Dopiera, co-owner of Investhome.
The land located at ul. Okulickiego was purchased by the developer from a private person. We focused on a good location with the existing infrastructure, utilities and convenient transport connections, explains Mirosław Dopiera.
Two further semi-detached houses will be commissioned by the developer in June 2017. The project as a whole will be completed in two years’ time. Investhome is the general contractor. The design was made by the City Architekci architectural firm. The project value is ca. PLN 8 million.
Investhome is a family company established in Szczecin in 2006. It specializes in construction of single-family houses, especially semi-detached ones. So far, the developer has built ca. 50 houses.
