Panattoni Park Szczecin has rented out 11.6 k square meters of additional space

Danish supplier of fishing equipment Svendsen Sport and food product distributor Marol from Poznań will be new tenants in the Logistic Park in Kablowa street.

Panattoni Europe has also successfully concluded trade negotiations with Pierce AB and other tenants. Svendsen Sport and Marol will occupy almost 8.3 k sq. m and about 3.3 k sq. m of space, respectively. The international consultancy firm Colliers International acted as an intermediary in the transactions.
 
Svendsen Sport is one of eth European leaders in the industry. The offering includes outboard motors for fishing boats renowned by anglers worldwide, top quality clothing and all sorts of accessories.
 
Marol is a leading Polish distributor in the FMCG sector. The company has operated for 22 years and supplies 5,000 regular customers, including the Chata Polska retail chain. Marol’s office in Szczecin, one of the company’s 10 regional offices, has been located at ul. Kniewska for 12 years. The distributor has 1.8 k sq. m of space and employs 40 people.
 
If we want to grow we need more space, hence our decision to rent the ware house in Panattoni Park. We’re moving there in May, says Beata Krupa-Lorenc, Director of Marol’s Branch n Szczecin.
 
In November 2015, Pierce AB a Swedish distributor of motorcycle accessories and clothes signed a contract for rental of 11 k sq. m. of space in Panattoni Park Szczecin. The company is now moving to the new warehouse.
 
The warehousing and manufacturing space near Szczecin is attractive to local and international businesses, especially e-commerce ones, Robert Dobrzycki, GM of Panattoni Europe comments on the agreements concluded.
 
The first investment phase in Panattoni Park Szczecin will involve 27 k sq. m of warehouse space. Construction began at the end of August 2015. We hope to make the space available to individual customers over a few stages by the end of the year, says Tomasz Śrama, leasing manager at Panattoni Europe.
 
Panattoni Park Szczecin is a modern distribution centre which is now under construction in Szczecin-Załom, at ul. Kablowa.
The investor is a subsidiary of Panattoni Development Company from the U.S. The centre will be one of the biggest of the type in the Szczecin area. The two buildings under construction will provide a total of 51.6 k sq. m of space and offer the possibility to expand it in the future. The buildings will be equipped with loading docks, ground-level gates and spacious manoeuvring yards and parking spaces. As a comparison, today North-West Logistic Park and Prologis logistics centre in Goleniów have 64 k sq. m and over 80 k sq. m. of space, respectively.
