Not only a wine warehouse
One of the largest wine importers and manufacturers in Poland is completing the construction of a warehouse at ul. Gryfińska in Szczecin.

Bartex-Bartol, the investor, initially planned to build a warehouse exclusively for its own purposes. As the plot of land which we found was larger than planned, we decided to extend the scope of the project with additional space for lease, says Grzegorz Bartol, CEO. The company invested PLN 4 million in the undertaking.
The Bartex-Bartol warehouse will cover the area of ca. 500 square meters. According to Grzegorz Bartol, it is being constructed to satisfy the needs of the local market in addition to the one located in Dobra Szczecińska.
The investor is planning to sell almost 1.4 thousand square meters of warehouse and commercial space as well as 200 square meters of office space. It will be leased by the new owner. Prospective lessees have already been found.
Bartex-Bartol bought a plot of land of 10.8 thousand square meters from the municipal authorities for more than PLN 1.7 million. The project, which was launched in July, is planned to be completed in mid-December. Budownictwo M. Całus acts in the capacity of a contractor.
Bartex-Bartol, whose seat is located near Nowy Tomyśl, has been carrying out its business in the alcohol industry since 1990. It manufactures grape and fruit wines, wine beverages, low-alcohol liquors, non-alcoholic beverages and spirits. Some of its products are exported. The scope of its business includes also wine imports and bottling. The company operates through eight sales offices and runs three stores across Poland.
