New office complex in Południowa
Investment of Agatrans Multi Projekt - Szczecin Business Plaza will provide over 11 k sq. m of top quality office space.

Szczecin Business Plaza will consist of four office buildings: three with over 1.4 k sq. m and one with over 6.7 k sq. m of space. The complex designed by IDS Architects will have 300 parking spaces. The value of the investment will surpass PLN 30 M.
Szczecin Business Plaza will stand out not only for its excellent location conveniently linked to the centre of Szczecin and the high number of parking spaces. Its great asset is also the use of green solutions which makes the buildings more economically efficient, points out Łukasz Król, project manager from Agatrans Multi Projekt Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. As proof of the highest standard of the development, the investor states it will apply for an international certificate for the buildings.
The first phase of the investment should be completed in Q2 2017. Construction work is set to begin in Q3 2016. Space rental has also begun. The party in charge of the sale side of the investment is the advisory firm Litwiniuk Property Sp. z o.o.
We estimate that demand for premium office space in Szczecin is still rather low as compared to cities in other regions, so the office space in the new Szczecin Business Plaza development should be leased as planned by the investor, says Patryk Litwiniuk, CEO of Litwiniuk Property.
Agatrans Multi Projekt is a company from Szczecin with over 20 years’ experience on the Polish construction market. It specialises in preparation of comprehensive design documentation and carrying out turn-key projects related to warehousing and manufacturing steel structures. The company has delivered over 500 k sq. m of space to date. The company’s headquarters in situated in Szczecin at ul. Zabużańska.
