New flats in Warszewo
48 new flats will be available in two buildings in Pelikana Street in a price range from PLN 4,900 to PLN 5,600 per square metre.

The investor of the development located on a 0.5 hectare plot is a company owned by the Mak-Dom Developer Group. Construction began in April 2015 and is set to finish in October.
The Pelikana complex will comprise two buildings with 30 and 18 flats, respectively. Ground-floor flats will have gardens; the rest of the flats will have balconies or loggias. Parking spaces will be situated underground. There will be lifts in the buildings.
“We want to cut operating costs, so there will be a homeowner association in place and central heating provided by the city with mini heating substations ensuring individual controls in each individual flat. This will render the central heating system more economical”, says Alicja Nowaczyk, sales representative at Mak-Dom.
Three customer have already bought flats in the Pelikana Estate. “We can offer a special discount of PLN 150 per square meter to four more customers”, encourages Alicja Nowaczyk.
The architectural firm Portal-PP has prepared the design and the company MDI is in charge of the construction. The developer has not disclosed the value of the investment.
Mak-Dom has already built the Przylesie and Ostoja estates in the Szczecin neighbourhoods of Warszewo and Warzymice, respectively. Currently, the company is involved in the development called Śródmiejskie Ogrody located in ul. Tenisowa.
