Home.pl will soon change hands
The shares of another IT company from Szczecin – following the sale of Unizeto Technologies – will pass on to a new owner.

According to the information provided by Puls Biznesu, the current shareholders of the company, i.e. Value 4 Capital investment fund holding the majority of shares, the founders of the Company - Piotr Kapcio, Krystian Stypuła and Stefan Jurczyk, as well as Marcin Kuśmierz - the president, want to sell 100 per cent of shareholding in Home.pl.
Established in Szczecin in 1997, Home.pl was acquired by Value 4 Capital in 2012 and continues as a leader among Polish hosting companies. It has 350 thousand clients and employs approx. 250 individuals in the office at ul. Zbożowa.
Puls Biznesu has informed us that the sales transaction may reach the amount of PLN 500 million; ING Bank will assist in the process of the sale.
