GA Z.Ch.Police SA has a new Management Board
Wojciech Wardacki has taken over the Chairman role from Krzysztof Jałosiński. Anna Zarzycka-Rzepecka and Tomasz Panas have become Management Board members.

During Thursday’s meeting, the Supervisory Board of the Azoty Police Group changed the composition of the Management Board, as a result of which deputy chairpersons, Anna Podolak and Wojciech Naruć, were dismissed. Rafał Kuźmiczonek, Deputy Chairman elected by employees, has maintained his position in the Management Board.
Until the end of March, Wojciech Wardacki had been a member of the Supervisory Board in GA SCH Police. At present, he is a member of Supervisory Board in Bank Ochrony Środowiska. In 2005-2008 he had been a member of the Management Board in Zachem and Ciech, manufacturers of chemicals. The new Chairman of GA SCH Police is a graduate of Szczecin University of Technology.
Tomasz Panas was the manager of the Ammonia Synthesis Department in Police.
Anna Zarzycka-Rzepecka is a finance and accounting specialist. She had been a chairperson, management board member and CFO in a number of companies, to include Zakłady Chemiczne Zachem.
