Faymonville will double its output
The manufacturer of special trailers and semi-trailers from Goleniów is planning to extend its plant and employ 70 new people. The investment is to be finished at the beginning of 2018.

The extension of the Faymonville Polska plant located in Goleniowski Industrial Park (GPP) will be launched at the turn of May and June this year. As a result, the floor area of the company will increase by 15 thousand square meters (up to 37 thousand square meters). Faymonville bought 4.5-hectare of land for that purpose from Goleniów municipality in December 2015.
The investment will allow the company to manufacture new types of trailers that will be sold globally.
- After we reach our full production capacity we will be able to assemble circa one thousand semitrailer units per year. By 2020 our output should increase by 100% - says Łukasz Żuchowski, the managing director of Faymonville Polska.
The company also intends to hire new people. The recruitment process will start during the third and fourth quarter and will go on the whole year. Faymonville is searching for CNC operators, toolmakers and welders, warehousemen, sandblaster painters and electrical installation assemblers.
Faymonville Polska is the daughter company of Faymonville AG headquartered in Belgium and it has been operating in Goleniow Industrial Park since 2006. Over 500 units of finished trailers and additionally over 500 units of trailer steel structures are produced in the plant every year. Approximately 90 per cent of these products are sold in the European market, while 10 per cent are exported outside Europe. At present 180 people are in the employ of the company.
