Animex Foods has also joined the group of NWLP’s lessees  - this largest Polish meat processing enterprise (which specializes in pork and poultry) has rented over 2.7 thousand square meters in hall A.

Furthermore, IQ Metal Polska has leased more than 3.1 thousand square meters of additional manufacturing space in hall D.  “Thus, IQ Metal Polska has become the most important lessee of North-West Logistic Park “, says Jolanta Gałązka. Simultaneously a canteen is being built for the people working in the park.

“Halls F and G are planned to be erected near hall A. All in all, seven halls with the total area of 66 thousand square meters will be built on 18 hectares of land”, concludes Jolanta Gałązka.

BOŚ Bank Centrum Korporacyjne w Szczecinie and Waimea Holding finance the project.
