As designed by Dedeco, the building at Mariacka will be modern, glass-plated, and its form will refer to the historical architecture of the city.

 

The premises on the ground floor (427 sq. m.) have been already leased by a dental clinic, which will share the space with four apartments: three two-room ones of approx. 40 sq. m. each and a three-room one of 75 sq. m. The remaining 55 apartments range from 41-51 sq. m. (two-room ones) to 70 sq. m. (three-room ones), with the top floor occupied by three large suites: the smallest one of 86 sq. m. and the largest one of nearly 290 sq. m. The building will have an underground parking place for 35 cars.

 

“Clients have been booking apartments for quite a while. So far, we have sold 12 apartments, and up to 12 individuals booked for each of the remaining ones. The gross prices range from PLN 6,500 to PLN 7,400 per sq. m., with the large suites of PLN 8,000 per sq. m.”, says Magdalena Łuźniak, Sales and Marketing Director, Calbud.

 

The construction works have been carried out since July 2015, and the commissioning is planned at the end of February 2017. At present, approx. 25% of the investment has been completed, reaching the first floor.

 

The developer bought the property at Mariacka in March 2012 at a bailiff auction.  It consists of three plots of land totalling 1,669 sq. m. No investment value has been disclosed.

 

Calbud has been in business for 25 years. It commenced its developer operations ten years ago, and so far has completed seven investments including housing and service facilities. At present, it has been building “Zielona Przystań” settlement at Polskich Marynarzy Street. Its future plans include three investments in the downtown, to include Podgórna Street, near Trafostacja Sztuki.
