12 stories of the second Radisson Blue hotel in the region have been completed
The five-star hotel will be a part of Baltic Park Molo in Świnoujście, the largest hotel, apartment and recreational center on the Polish coast.

It is planned that Radisson Blu Resort will be a 13-story building.
The top story and the pool structure are to be completed this year. Swimmers will have the opportunity to admire the Baltic Sea from around 50 meters above sea level, announces Renata Sobczyńska, Communications Director, Zdrojowa Invest.
The contract with Carlson Rezidor Development Hotel Group, Radisson Blu operator, was signed in mid-2014. Similarly to the new contract concerning Radisson Blu in Szczecin, the hotel will be operated in a franchise system and managed by Zdrojowa.
The project is being carried out by the consortium of Erbud and Ekonova. While performing our works, we need to constantly focus on LEED guidelines as Radisson Blue Resort is the first hotel in Poland built in compliance with the green certification standards formulated by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, comments Michał Jelonek, Project Director, Zdrojowa Invest.
The hotel is planning to welcome its first guests in mid-2017. It will feature 340 rooms, bars, cafes, restaurants and a wellness center. Additionally, Radisson Blu Resort will offer a thousand square meter conference room that will accommodate up to 1,200 people.
A water park is being developed at the same time.
A silhouette of the sports pool and the recreational area may already be seen in the place where the aqua park is planned to be built. The project includes a sports pool with eight lanes, a recreational pool with a rushing river, slides and a paddling pool for kids. Also the inhabitants of Świnoujście will have the opportunity to visit the water park, she adds.
The developer is planning to build another hotel. However, no plans as to its construction schedule or the operator network have been announced yet.
Last July, Zdrojowa Invest completed the construction of the apartment wing of Baltic Park Molo. 62 apartments with open plan kitchens are available in the building located at ul. Uzdrowiskowa.
All condo units in Baltic Park Molo Apartments were sold before their commissioning, including the most expensive one, the net price of which exceeded PLN 1.6 million and whose equipment is worth almost PLN 60 thousand net, informs Renata Sobczyńska. In the condominium system, the buyer holds the title to the unit in the building along with interest in its common areas.
The cost of construction of Baltic Park Molo is estimated at PLN 250 million. The facilities will be managed by the Zdrojowa group companies. The design has been produced by Płaskowicki + Partnerzy Architekci, a Warsaw-based architectural firm.
Zdrojowa Invest & Hotels is a family-owned property development and hotel holding company established in Kołobrzeg in 2006. It focuses on business carried out in the condohotel model. At present, it owns eight facilities located at the seaside and in the mountains.
