The purchase of the hotel building and the plot of land on which it is erected required PLN 27 million. The plan is to develop and extend Galaxy shopping and entertainment complex situated nearby and also owned by Echo Investment.

“We are now working on how to develop the site we have bought, but most probably, the hotel will have tobe pulled down.” – says Wojciech Gepner, the spokesman for Echo Investment. “The building is in poor condition, so it seems unreasonable to try and repair it.”
We know for sure that guests can stay in the Neptun hotel until 30 June, and the works will start in the second half of the year.

Even now Galaxy is the largest shopping and entertainment centre in the West Pomeranian region, as it offers 42 thousand square meters of rental space. Galaxy houses 190 shops and service outlets, a movie theatre, bowling alleys, many cafes and restaurants. The five-level parking lot provides approximately 700 parking spaces and in addition, about 600 vehicles can be parked outside the complex.
