Grempco is a portfolio company that has the majority share in three high tech companies, two of which operate in our province. One of those companies, Gryfitlab, conducts research and development work in the area of science and technology as well as research and analyses for producers of construction materials and fire safety equipment.

The Company disposes of a network of research labs that are considered to be most modern in Poland. The other company, Fluid Desk, offers specialist CAD software for plumbing engineering. From the viewpoint of revenues, Ciat –  a manufacturer of ventilation and air conditioning equipment and fire safety devices for ventilation systems as well as an importer and distributor of air conditioning and cooling equipment – has the most extensive business activity.

The companies controlled by Grempco have recently completed large investment projects, among others, the construction of the production plant in Konstantynów Łódzki valued at approx. PLN 20 M and the construction of research laboratories in Kostrzyńsko-Słubicka special economic zone costing several dozen million zlotys.

The funds obtained thanks to the private share offering (PLN 3.3 M) will be spent on further development of the companies. Over the next three years Grempco plans to enter the regulated market of the Stock exchange.
