Dom Lekarski shall open medical center in office building
The Szczecin company listed with New Connect leased 795 square meters in Piastów Office Center.

On 12 January, it concluded a ten-year lease. According to the stock exchange communication (shares of Dom Lekarski are listed with New Connect), the estimated gross lease payments amount to PLN 8.5 million, while the income from medical services at Centrum Medyczne Piastów Office Center over the lease term is estimated at PLN 48 million.
Dom Lekarski shall offer non-invasive and invasive treatment not funded by National Health Fund. The new location will house treatment and operating rooms for general surgery, vascular surgery, aesthetic surgery, orthopedics, cardiology, cardiologic rehab, gastroenterology, urology, oncology, hematology, plastic surgery, gynecology, dermatology and allergology.
Dom Lekarski SA has been providing medical services, mainly involving eye treatment and orthopedics, for 15 years. In 2011 the company opened a medical center at Centrum Handlowe Turzyn in Szczecin. Its operations carried out at Centrum Medyczne Piastów Office Center will be of similar nature.
