The Industrial Park covers the land that was previously occupied by the Skowlin Paper Mill.  “Our objective is to reconstruct the industrial character of the area by making the property available to entrepreneurs and companies wishing to carry on their operations here.”- explains Paweł Włoch, the president of NPPN – the company that owns the property.  

”Our vision and plans not only harmonize with the setting and history of the place, but also comply with the requirements of the local zoning plan. In addition, the types of companies that so far have located their plants in the neighbourhood  (Teleskop, Apis, Stocznia Partner or Kronospan) confirm the business potential of the area. I hope that together we will be able to reconstruct the historical industrial spirit of this land.” – he adds.

The owners assure that the land is ready for large investment projects related to different sectors of economy. The land is developed and conveniently connected, among others, also thanks to the projects that the municipal authorities carried out in this part of our city.    It also has a direct access to fairway. “We expect that the representatives of many various branches of industry can successfully operate here.” – adds Paweł Włoch.  “It is surely an ideal location for a business that requires storage areas and parking lots. However, small plants and production lines will also fit in well. Talks with certain companies are already under way, but we are not allowed to disclose any details yet.”

The plots designated by the owner generally cover the minimum area of 5 thousand square meters, but all plot-size arrangements – as well as negotiations regarding costs - are individually adjusted. Based on the announcements of NPPN, the lease terms are competitive when benchmarked against other similar locations.  Among other things, the interested companies may count on long-term lease possibilities and an option to buy. Furthermore, NPPN provides its clients with designing, legal and administrative services.
