The Dana Hotel has already welcomed its first guests
The former clothing factory building features 100 four-star rooms, a spa and a modern conference center.

The hotel investment project at the junction of ul. Odzieżowa and al. Wyzwolenia has been implemented by J.W. Construction Holding. The company is also the hotel operator, while Anna Marczak has been appointed its director.
The facility of 4,000 sq.m. offers also a 90 sq.m. presidential suite located in the attic in addition to a restaurant and a music club. The décor of the Dana Hotel is elegant with black, white and golden as the dominant colors.
The renovation of the almost century-old former “Dana” building has been financed partly by the developer and partly using funds disbursed under the Jessica facility in the amount of PLN 14 million.
The facility is still of historical value and retains its architectural features although the interior is modern, comments Małgorzata Szwarc-Sroka, Member of the Supervisory Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A., in charge of the Economic Division and the Investor Relations Unit.
The redevelopment project aimed at transforming “Dana” into a high-class hotel will not only support development of the tourist industry but it will also fit perfectly in implementation of the dynamic growth strategy pursued by J.W. Construction on the hotel market. One of the key advantages of Szczecin, which should not be ignored, is its attractive location, says Józef Wojciechowski, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A.
The Dana Hotel does not have its own parking lot yet. It will have to wait for one until 2017, when the Hanza Tower, a 25-story building to be constructed at al. Wyzwolenia, is planned to be completed. The construction project should be launched at the beginning of next year.
