The building that is now being erected in Ustowo, in Szczecin, will cover the area of over 2 thousand square meters, and it is located on a 6 thousand-square-meter-large plot behind the Silver hotel.  A steel and glass construction, the saloon has been designed by IDS - a Planning and Design Company - and is similar to the one built in Koszalin. Probud Construction Company is responsible for its erecting.

“The building itself may house two or even three saloons,”- explains Jan Przepłata, the owner of Polmotor.  “Kia and Nissan will be sold there and potentially, a third make as well , but I wouldn’t want to go into details here, as it is too early to let you on the secret.”  

Apart from the car saloons, a car park, bodywork garage and a spray shop will be located there. Potentially, second-hand cars will also be sold in the vicinity.  The builders have started laying the foundations and the construction works should be completed in November this year.

The site has not been selected at random. Among others, Ford and BMW saloons are located nearby. “There are many car dealers at Struga Street, and here we want to create another automotive centre like that,” – says Jan Przepłata. “Customers will surely appreciate such concentration of different makes in one location”.

Jan Przepłata admits that the automotive industry seems to be undergoing a mild crisis, but he expects a revival, providing the economy will not go into any dramatic slump within the nearest months. This should create a good climate for investments. “When the situation improves and the customers start shopping for cars, we will be ready with our new saloons”.
