The Polish company owned by a German manufacturer of paints and varnishes shall commence the construction of a hall of approx. 1,500 sq. m. to house a painting market and a high storage warehouse. 

Mycs, a German firm intending to establish a logistic centre in Poland, has leased the remaining space in North-West Logistic Park at Kniewska Street in Szczecin. Waimea Holding plans more investments in the region. 

The investment at the Old Town street shall be completed at the end of December. The five-story building will house a dental clinic and 59 apartments. 

Nineteen companies signed the Letter of Intent regarding the incorporation of Szczecin Ship Consortium. The key objective of the Szczecin Industrial Park's initiative is to consolidate enterprise that will build ships in the former shipyard.
