Jarosław Siergiej is 44. He graduated from Maritime University in Szczecin, where he majored in maritime transport. He took post-graduate studies in marketing and management at Warsaw University, executive MBA at University of Illinois at Urbana Campaign/Warsaw University and European integration at Pontifical Academy of Theology.

For four years, he worked in Polferries as the second navigation officer. He was a member and then the chairman of the management board of Morski Port Police Sp. z o.o.

Hobbies: books, movies, sports – mainly boxing, parachuting.

The wife Anne has her own business, and the daughter Wiktoria is a high school student.
