Dominika Dulat took the position of director in Focus hotel on 2 January 2009, replacing Monika Koniecka.

Dominika Dulat (31) was born in Szczecin. She majored in hotel business at Tourism and Leisure Faculty of Academy of Physical Education in Poznań and post-graduate studies on Human Resources Management in Poznań University of Economics.

Her entire professional life has focused on hotel industry. In 2002-2004 she was a recreation manager in The Homestead Resort in Michigan, among others responsible for sports facilities – swimming pools and skiing courses. She also worked for “Senator” hotel in Dźwirzyno as a marketing specialist. From 2005, she worked for Qubus network of hotels, first as a deputy director of a hotel in Gorzów, then as a hotel director in Wałbrzych. Then she returned to Gorzów and worked as a director. From Gorzów she moved to Szczecin to work for Focus.

She spends her leisure time with her six-month-old daughter Marianna and the life partner Michał. She likes travels, new challenges and meeting new people.

“I like being in the middle of action, and this is what the work in a hotel is about. Also, I love when our guests return to us”, she says.
