Alsecco is planning to erect a housing development, an office building and a multi-storey car park.

As compared to 2013, the revenues of OT Logistics Capital Group (a TSL leader in Central Europe) grew to PLN 831.8 million in 2014, which constitutes a 70 per cent increase.

According to the plans for the project (which is to last until 2019 and consume PLN 1.7 billion) the investment area will acquire the special economic zone status and the Police port will be extended.    

Building construction works and gas terminal acceptance procedures are simultaneously taking place in Świnoujście. However, the Polish LNG S.A. still has not announced the exact date when the investment is to be placed into use. 

Andrzej Dopierała has taken over from Andrzej Bendig-Wielowiejski who now sits on the company’s supervisory board.  The change has been triggered by Asseco Systems S.A.’s acquisition of Unizeto.
