Magdalena Kotnis (35) graduated from Economics and Management Faculty of Szczecin University, where she later obtained her Ph.D. on economic efficiency of multi-media based training.

Prior to becoming the chairman, she worked in the Faculty of Economics and Management as the deputy director in charge of teaching methodology in Institute of IT Applied in Management. Among others, she has specialized in creation and organization of international partnerships for implementation of shared scientific and business initiatives. She participated in implementation of international and inter-university training projects. She was guest lecturer and participant in implementation of EFS projects in Hohschule Wismar, Technische Universität Dresden and Vilnius University.
