Krzysztof Koroch, the president of Megaron S.A.

Krzysztof Koroch has been nominated the president of the company to replace Piotr Sikora who currently fills the function of the Vice-President of the Supervisory Board of a company producing building chemicals.

Krzysztof Koroch (49 years old) is a graduate of Szczecin University of Technology, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. He has also completed post-graduate studies in tax advisory, accounting and enterprise management.  Mr. Koroch took part in specialist training in the scope of work in the finance sector, including courses in management, sales management, financial analysis and credit risk assessment.  In 2013 he obtained the insurance broker’s licence , he also holds PRINCE2 Foundation certificate in project management methodology.
 
He spent most of his career working for the Pekao S.A. group - for eight years he filled the position of the Director for the Western Region.  He was involved, inter alia, in the merger of BPH and Pekao S.A. Following that he was a management board member of Pekao Leasing. In years 2004 – 2010 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Polish Entrepreneurs Foundation for two terms of office. Beginning from 2012 Krzysztof Koroch was an active founder, shareholder and management board member of companies representing IT and insurance sectors.  Since 2008 he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Megaron S.A.
 
Megaron is a Szczecin-based company focused on production and selling of finishing materials, mainly finishing coats. Its share in the finishing coats and plaster market amounts to approx. 14%.   In 2014 the company had almost PLN 4 million of pure profit.
