North-West Logistic Park fully leased

Mycs GmbH is a manufacturer and distributor of modular furniture with the registered office in Berlin. It will use the total of 6,400 sq. m. of warehouse space in halls B and G of North-West Logistic Park (NWLP).

 

Concluding this agreement means that the warehouse and manufacturing facility of Waimea Holding has been fully leased. The project shall be completed with hall G with 4,500 sq. m. of space, whose construction shall commence in autumn. Mycs, the firm that has already leased the space, will be able to move there in the beginning of 2017.

 

According to Jolanta Gałązka from Waimea Holding Marketing Office, the attractive location and access to well qualified staff speaking foreign languages were the key factors that made the German firm choose NWLP for its business operations.

 

"We have had a spectacular achievement in Szczecin.  A year before the planned completion of construction of North West Logistic Park, the entire space offered (i.e. 77,000 sq. m.) has been leased”, says Przemysław Szczepaniak, Director in charge of northern Poland development, Waimea Holding S.A. “We plan other projects in Szczecin and West Pomeranian Province”, he announces.

 

Construction of the North-West Logistic Park started in November 2012. The first hall was commissioned in 2013. NWLP lessees include mostly manufacturing companies with Scandinavian capital, such as KK Wind Solutions and InCom (wind farms), Rohlig Suus Logistics, Ceva Logistics Poland and Greencarrier Freight Services Poland (logistic operators), My Trendy Phone, Cubic, PartyDeco, ShadowLine, Kompania Piwowarska, Animex Foods, Żabka Polska, HTM.
