Home furnishing store at Cukrowa street
The first Polish outlet of the German Joka will be opened in Szczecin by ART Studio on 6 July.
The company, which has been located at Derdowskiego street before, offered mainly wooden floors, floor panels and doors. The new store, the construction of which was completed at the beginning of July across the street from the entrance to the former sugar factory, will offer a considerably wider range of home furnishings.
We have begun to cooperate with the German Joka brand and are its first sales representative on the Polish market. Joka is a giant German manufacturer of home furnishing materials and accessories. The range of its products exceeds substantially that of Polish companies and includes floors, carpets, area rugs, doors, wallpapers and curtains, says Sławomir Żukowski, owner of ART Studio.
The showroom at Cukrowa street will also sell recognized Polish brands. ART Studio is the largest sales representative of Barlinek in the region and the third seller of Barlinek floors in Poland, also among DIY stores.
We also offer premium and mainstream floor panels of the leading manufacturers, which are difficult to find in DIY stores. This is accompanied by professional service, adds the owner.
ART Studio is oriented on end clients, also those using the services of interior designers, for whom a special place has been arranged to have a cup of coffee and see floor samples.
ART Studio employs eight people. Sławomir Żukowski is planning to hire two or three customer service specialists for the new location in addition to extending the scope of cooperation with contractors.
The new showroom was built from scratch in only 60 days. In addition to 450 square meters of retail space, it offers 200 square meters of office and storage space. The investment is worth ca. PLN 1.5 million.
