He confirmed the details of the project during a press conference in Rewal. As announced earlier, Pobierowo will get a five-star hotel able to accommodate 2.2 thousand guests in 700 rooms. It will take up 25 thousand square meters and its façade will be 390 meters long and 34 meters high (six floors).

The size of the rooms will be up to 60 square metres. The hotel will house a congress hall for 4 thousand people, conference rooms, restaurants, SPA facility, theatre and a kid’s club. Outside there will be pools with fresh and salt water, the biggest of which will be nearly 140 meters long. Parking spaces for all guests will be available beneath the building.

The construction of the hotel is expected to last 4.5 years. Currently the site is being cleaned and further design works are going on.

Gołębiewski hotels operate in Mikołajki, Wisła, Białystok and Karpacz. Tadeusz Gołębiewski is also the owner of confectionery brand Tago.
