Belgian luxury apartment buildings for PLN 200 million in Darłowo [VISUALIZATION]

POC Partners, a Belgian property company, has begun building three luxury apartment buildings on the shore of the Baltic sea in Darłowo. All structures erected under the project will be styled on Western European sea resorts.

Marina Royale investment project is carried out on a plot of land located in Darłówek Zachodni (a seaside district of Darłowo) which covers the area of 1.5 hectare. Three luxury apartment buildings (the total of 300 apartments) will be built right on the shore, in between wide sandy beaches, within two arms of breakwaters. 
 
The first building will house apartments that will be 270 centimetres high, with the floor area ranging from 27 to 84 square meters, each accompanied with at least one balcony. Combining apartments is an option.   Marina Royale will also contain a modern swimming pool, a SPA centre, a gym, a restaurant, cafes, shops and boutiques.   The prices per one square meter will vary from PLN 12 to 24 thousand net per one square meter of a turnkey apartment.
 
The building includes an underground garage with a system of special spacious vehicle elevators.
 
The design of Marina Royale was prepared by a Belgian company – Arcas Europe, which specializes in designing seaside hotel and apartment buildings constructed in Belgium and all over the world. As part of the project, a new wharf will also be built to be used by yachts with 3.5 meters maximum immersion depth. 
 
Marina Royale project will be carried out in three stages. During the first stage an apartment building commanding a fine three-side view of the sea, the Darłowo port and the storm light will be built on the most eastward point. The six-storey building that will house 68 apartments and parking spaces is to be placed into service in the second half of 2017.

The portfolio of POC Partners includes 4 more hectares of land in the first shore line in Darłówek – the company plans new investments there for the future.
 
Marina Royale is the first project carried out in Poland by POC Partners - one of the most experienced Belgian company developing costal real estate projects. The CFE Polska group is the general contractor for the project the value of which amounts to over PLN 200 million.
