A new director appointed in KK Wind Solutions Polska
In mid-February Maciej Twardowski was appointed the managing director of the Szczecin branch of KK Wind Solutions – the leading supplier of electrical systems for wind turbines from Denmark.

Maciej Twardowski replaced Artur Wołoszyn who had been leading the company since September 2014.
Mr. Twardowski will focus on the company’s further development in Szczecin. He is 44 years old and has more than 15 years of experience in production management. He took part in the construction of the new plant. For over three years he filled the function of the managing director in Forankra Pol – a Goleniowo-seated company with the participation of Scandinavian capital. Before that, he spent 12 years working for Sonion.
Maciej Twardowski completed Executive MBA post-graduate studies at West Pomaranian Business School in Szczecin. He is also a graduate of the Academy of Economy in Poznań, the University of Technology in Poznań and the Maritime University of Szczecin. He loves sailing in his spare time.
KK Wind Solutions is the global leader in the market of renewable energy. It has been producing wind turbine steering and control systems for over 35 years now. Its solutions are comprehensive and range from developing equipment and software, through manufacturing to maintenance and on-site installations.
The Szczecin branch has been operating since 2003. The plant occupies five floors – four at ul. Kniewska and one located in the North-West Logistics Park (one of the floors was placed into use in November 2015). The Siemens concern is among its key accounts. For the past several months KK Wind Solutions has also been manufacturing for another German client - Senvion.
