Budnex breaks into the Szczecin housing market

A developer from Gorzów Wielkopolski has launched a construction project at Kusocińskiego street and is planning further investments in the capital of West Pomerania.

Budnex is planning to construct a complex of multi-family residential buildings on the new estate at Kusocińskiego street in the center of Szczecin. It will comprise four three-staircase, four-story buildings with the total of ca. 200 apartments with the area of 34-75 square meters. Construction of the first building has already begun and is expected to be completed by the end of 2016. Another building should be commissioned two months later.
 
The Gorzów-based developer is offering proven apartment layouts, including one-room apartments, which are frequently bought for investing purposes, and two-room apartments with a separate kitchen, which are the most popular first accommodation for many clients. The project carried out at Kusocińskiego street also includes spacious three- and four-room apartments with various area and layout, where the living room is combined with an open plan kitchen. Each apartment is to have a large, well laid out balcony.
 
All staircases will be equipped with noiseless lifts. The developer is planning to build an underground car park will individual, one and two space garages, as well as storage rooms. Additionally, 131 parking spaces will be available next to the estate road and a playground for children is planned in the neighborhood.
 
Although sale will begin at the end of July / at the beginning of August, our apartments attract special attention and some of them have already been reserved. Their prices will be similar to those paid for similar apartments in the neighborhood, says Wiesław Kulpiński, Budnex sales manager in Szczecin. Later on, a larger, seven-staircase building will also be constructed at Kusocińskiego street.
 
We have several investment plots in Szczecin, to include the site of the former Szczecin sugar factory, adds Wiesław Kulpiński. Thus, Budnex will join Alsecco in development of the sites located between Cukrowa and Krygiera street.
 
Although we have extensive experience in the property development industry, we are only breaking into the housing market in Szczecin. We are recognized as a financially-stable development company. Our investments are financed with own funds as opposed to borrowings. What is more, we use the services of proven, small contractor companies, says Wiesław Kulpiński.
 
Budnex was established in Gorzów Wielkopolski in 1996. It has already completed property development projects in Gorzów Wielkopolski, Poznań, Zielona Góra and Swarzędz. Additionally, it has been implementing a larger project in Dziwnówko, consisting of a wellness and rehabilitation center (Porta Mare) for several years now. Thus far, the company sold more than 7 thousand apartments and suites.
