OT Logistics has a new chairman

Zbigniew Nowik, former Supervisory Board Chairman, has replaced Piotr Pawłowski.

Zbigniew Nowik possesses a Ph.D. degree in economics and has authored a number of professional publications.  In 1990-1993 he worked in France for international insurers, where he dealt with reinsurance and business expansion, among others to Central and Eastern Europe.  After his return to Poland, he advised foreign investors entering Polish market or directly managed their investments.  He held the position of CFO in Castorama Poland and CEO of its first supermarket, and a CFO position in Dutch Campina, where he led a restructuring project and managed a group of dairy plants in Poland.  He also worked as a chairman of the supervisory board in IMPEXMETAL S.A. and a vice-chairman of the supervisory board in ROLIMPEX S.A.
 
At present, he has been a member of supervisory boards in I Fundusz MISTRAL S.A. (a shareholder of OT Logistics S.A., holding over 60 percent of shares), ZTS IZO-ERG S.A. and of the supervisory boards in OT Logistics Capital Group companies:  Deutsche Binnenreederei AG, OT Port Świnoujście Sp. z o.o., OT Port Gdynia Sp. z o.o. and C.Hartwig Gdynia S.A.
 
The change of the Management Board Chairman took place on 25 June.  Piotr Pawłowski, the former chairman, has assumed the position of a vice-chairman.  Daniel Stachiewicz and Lech Jeziorny are the other vice-chairmen.  On 1 September Piotr Ambrozowicz will join the Management Board. He used to manage job agencies and held a CFO position in manufacturing and telecom companies. 
 
Artur Szczepaniak, a long-time member of the Supervisory Board, has become its Chairman.
