The Park is located on the plot of the former soviet airport in Kluczewo (the neighbouring area of Metalowa Street in Stargard Szczeciński). Enterprise Logistics and Radiometer have already commenced their investment projects in the Park.

The first entity is a Polish transport and logistics company specializing in freight transport to and from Scandinavia. The company operates within the Enterprise Group registered in Reptowo in the Kobylanka municipality. Enterprise Logistics is creating its new Polish branch on a plot of land of 9 ha. The investment project worth PLN 10 million is to be completed in September and the operations will be started by the end of 2015.

Radiometer, a branch of Radiometer Mediacal ApS registered in Denmark, operates in the healthcare industry. Its core business is manufacturing blood-testing reagents. A new laboratory worth PLN 32 million will be built on the plot of 4 ha by January 2016. The business activities will be launched in the second quarter of 2016, when 60 persons will be employed in the entity.

The third investor in High Technologies Investment Park is SPGroup from Spain. The company’s core business includes manufacturing and printing pre-made bags and thermoforming film for the food industry. It operates two production plants in Spain and one in France.

The Spanish investor acquired a plot of 3 ha at Metalowa Street. The company is having an office building and a production plant built with a total surface area of 3000 sq. m. The first investment phase will begin at the end of the summer to be completed in February 2016. Production will be launched in the third quarter of 2016. The value of the investment project totals PLN 28 million.

‘Thanks to the Stargard plant the company will be able to grow and to enter Eastern European and Scandinavian markets. Clients will be granted access to innovative packaging technologies, such as offset printing,' informs Piotr Styczewski, Junior Information Officer at the Office of the Major of Stargard Szczeciński.

The new production plant of SPGroup will employ about 30 persons. The recruitment process will start at the beginning of next year.

High Technologies Industrial Park in Stargard Szczeciński has been created on 850 ha of land and is controlled by the city of Stargard Szczeciński. Companies operating in the Park include Bridgestone, Cargotec, Hydroline and Drogbud, but 400 ha of land is still waiting for potential investors.
