All construction works should be finalized by the end of March. Apart from 25 rooms and two suites, the hotel will house a restaurant with outdoor seating on the terrace, two conference and banquet halls with the seating capacity of 100-120 people, an underground SPA and sauna zone offering hammam, massage services, a fitness centre and a boat rental.

- Grand Park Rusałka is going to be an elegant, boutique-style high standard hotel. We will do our best to recreate the aura of the famous Szczecin restaurant that was located here before World War II.  The decor will also reflect the character of that era - says Chekh Khaled, the owner of Grand Park Rusałka Sp. z o .o.

The Hotel will be managed by the investor - the Grand Park Rusałka company, with about 30 - 40 staff serving hotel guests.  The project will be carried out by Indomex.

Grand Park Rusałka is being built on the foundations of the former Młyn Słodowy (Malzmühle) which was transformed into Haus am Westendsee restaurant at the beginning of the 20th century. The hotel was originally designed by Herman Design Studio. All alternations and the final execution design was prepared by City Architekci agency.

In line with the Notary's deed signed in December 2015 by the lessee and the city of Szczecin, the investment was scheduled to be completed after 12 months.  Chekh Khaled explains that the delay is due to unexpected problems with the canal leading form the Rusałaka Lake which runs across the investment land.
