Firmus just can’t stop

In June Budimex began the second stage of Firmus Group’s Dune Resort development in Mielno. Apartments with prices starting at PLN 340k will be available for new owners in June 2017.

Dune B follows on from the Dune A apartment development project located on the seafront of Mielno. The first building of the Dune Resort complex in Promenada Przyjaźni was completed in June 2013. According to Firmus, Dune B will comprise 151 turn-key apartments with surface areas from 24 to 145 sq. m (36 studio flats, 80 one-bedroom, 29 three-bedroom flats and six penthouses). "The price of the smallest studio is PLN 340k, a one-bedroom apartment will cost PLN 500k. The prices of bigger apartments will be negotiable depending on the location”, informs Firmus Group spokesman Andrzej Mielcarek.
 
The apartment building will also offer space for conference and training rooms as well as an underground car park. In addition, the developer from Mielno has thought about a SPA zone with swimming pools, Jacuzzi, saunas and massage parlours. The recreation facilities will be the perfect complement to the first apartment building which has beautician and well-being studios, a fitness room and two outdoor pools on a terrace offering a view of the sea.
 
The value of the contract with Budimex SA, the general contractor in Dune A project, is PLN 55 m. The value of Dune B exceeds PLN 80 million. The chief architect and author of the design is Marek Sietnicki D.Sc. from SAS – Studio Architektoniczne Sietnicki, Szczecin. The buildings, inspired by Scandinavian minimalism, have large windows offering a sea view from different angles, and light-coloured façade surfaces.
 
Construction of Dune C will start before completion of Dune B which is due at the end of May 2017. All three stages of the development will comprise 350 apartments with various sizes.
 
Firmus is a capital group comprised of Norwegian construction companies investing in Mielno, Koszalin and the surrounding area. It is one of the largest private land owners in Mid-Pomerania and the biggest owner of land situated directly on the coast in Poland. The company has over two million square metres of land half of which can be used for residential and business development.
 
Firmus has built Tarasy, Rezydencja Park and Dune A apartment buildings in MIelno so far. It is about to start the construction of a small residential complex Rezydencja Park Rodzinna and Osiedle Norweskie estate in the Jamno district of Koszalin. The company is also finishing preparation for the Azure, Orion and Beach City investments in Mielno.
