Baszta Nieruchomości has leased the Opera tent
Piotr Droński, the company’s owner, promises to organize concerts, musicals, theatrical performances and other shows there.

Opera na Zamku has leased the Opera tent at ul. Energetyków until the end of July 2018. The monthly rent amounts to PLN 10.000, and the lessee will take over the responsibilities associated with all costs of maintenance and use of the structure.
Cultural events such as theatrical plays for adults and children – primarily productions staged by Warsaw theatres - will continue to be held in the tent. “I will do my best to make sure that the inhabitants of Szczecin can meet and watch live their favourite movie and TV actors,” says Piotr Droński.
“On the other hand, we will take care of the management and infrastructure, for instance we will hire specialists in acoustics and lighting,” declares the owner of Baszta Nieruchomości. Apart from co-arranging purely artistic events, the lessee is willing to participate in organization of corporate conferences and meetings with entertaining programme for guests. It will also run a café.
The structure at ul. Energetyków was erected by EMS to temporarily house Opera na Zamku (the premises of the Opera were being redecorated at the time). The tent is 78 meters long, 38 meters wide and 19 meters high at the highest point. It can seat up to 750 spectators. The Opera started using the tent in 2011. In July 2015 it put the structure on sale for the gross amount of almost PLN 7 million, but no buyer has been found.
