Apartments neighbouring the Kasprowicza Park ready in 18 months’ time

The investment project managed by Siemaszko will correspond with the exclusive nature of Pogodno in Szczecin.

Pogodno Residence (Rezydencja Pogodno) will be erected at the junction of al. Wojska Polskiego and ul. Miłaszewskich, in the Łękno district neighbouring the Pogodno district, referred to in the name of the investment project. Construction works, along with the sale of apartments, will start in September. First apartments are to be commissioned at the end of 2017.
 
The project carried out by Siemaszko will cover three three-storeyed buildings including 73 two- to five-room apartments with the floor size of 36 to 155 square meters. The largest flats, with adjacent gardens, will be located on the ground floor. A number of first-floor apartments with also have spacious terraces. Underground car parks will be accessible from individual floors by lifts and stairs.
 
According to the developer of the Pogodno Residence, large wooden windows will be a distinctive feature of the apartments. Another great advantage will be the proximity to the city centre and intimate housing development.
 
The Pogodno Residence is a high-end project targeted at wealthy clients. ‘It is a prestigious and thoroughly prepared offer for the most demanding clients. It combines elegance, excellent taste and top quality design and construction,’ Siemaszko declares on its website.
 
The modern design incorporating elements, which correspond with the architectural style of neighbouring houses, was developed by Ryszard Burbicki, an architect from Szczecin cooperating with Federacyjne Biuro Architektoniczne. The buildings will be simple and elegant thanks to bright travertine on front walls, lack of extensive architectural details, glass balcony balustrades, natural materials and subdued colours used. The surrounding space will be comprehensively organized and fenced.
 
The prices of the apartments and the investment value have not been disclosed.
